Circling up with other human beings is the medicine we need. When we gather, the center will hold. Join me once a month, in person, at Samadhi Sanga in Denver. Bring a journal, pen, yoga mat, comfy clothes, and your curiosity.
Each month the gathering will be 3 hours. It will be on a different day, at a different time each month. This way, if one month doesn’t work for you, maybe the next one will. Each gathering we will move, write, meditate, breathe, discuss, sit in ceremony, and listen for what is next. Each time we meet it will be different, because we will be different. The gatherings are not cumulative, so you do not need to know what came before.
Just come. We need you. We need to gather because we need to build the light out now.
